What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address and phone number, so the order can be packed and delivered. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on this site.
How we use it
Order information is used to fulfil the order, send tracking and handle any claim with the carrier. If you email us, we keep that thread so the next reply has context.

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and your session working. Analytics cookies, where enabled, are aggregated and not tied to a name.
Who we share it with
Our warehouse, the carrier and the payment provider receive only what each of them needs to do their job. We do not sell customer data.
Your choices
Email hello@runvaus.com to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, as long as there is no legal reason for us to keep an order record.
