Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Please check dimensions, finish and lead time before ordering. If you are unsure whether a piece will fit, email us with your room or doorway measurements and we will confirm before you buy.
Damaged in transit
If a box arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@runvaus.com with photos of the packaging and the piece. We will open a carrier claim and work out the replacement of the affected part.
Order changes
Orders can be adjusted or cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, before the boards are cut. After that point the order is in production and cannot be changed.
